Cancellation Policy
Due to the current Covid-19 situation in Western Australia, if you have cold or flu-like symptoms or a positive Covid-19 test during the week prior to your booking date, we will offer you a credit so you can reschedule your tour. Interstate and International visitors can contact me directly for refund policies.
All other cancellation requests should be submitted in writing and will be considered on their merit. In most situations, we will offer a full credit or in extenuating situations, we will offer a refund minus a small administration fee.
